Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is usually 45 minutes. The price may change depending on the time frame. If you plan to use your insurance coverage that I am in network with, then you will only be responsible for your copay.

EMDR sessions are typically 60 minutes. I will guide you through a series of bilateral eye or tapping movements while focusing on a difficult memory, reducing any overwhelming feelings connected to past experiences.
